How to connect to the Wheeltop APP?
- As the product is charged, it is set to safe mode during transportation, you need to power up the front and back toggles with the magnetic charging cable after receiving the product, after that it can be used normally.
- Search 'Wheeltop' in Google Play or App Store to get the APP.
- Open the APP and log in, click the "+" at the bottom of the homepage and turn on the Bluetooth of your cell phone, the APP will automatically search for nearby devices.
- EDS TX will be displayed in "Bindable Devices", click to bind.
- After binding, click the Bluetooth icon on the upper right corner, APP will search for the device and connect to it, then you can use the functions normally.

How can I get after-sale service if I didn’t purchase from the official website.
If you purchase from other channels, the responsibility for the warranty and after-sales service lies with the respective dealers/sellers.
Lower jockey wheel installed backwards jamming the chain. Every gear had to be programmed, initial movement was only an inch. Once I got it working it works great. So set up is a 4 but performance is a 5.
I had to struggle a lot with the installation. I installed it on a Merida Ninety Six RC "S" size bike. It is factory-fitted with a Shimano XT derailleur. After replacing the derailleur, I threaded the chain and found that it was too long, I couldn't get it to work. I had to shorten the chain. I did this in two steps, I had to remove a total of 6 pins. I was afraid that it would be too short because it was much shorter than the theoretically optimal chain length. Fortunately, it works, and shifts through all 12 gears without a problem. I had to struggle a bit with the basic settings, but I finally succeeded. I had to make a fine correction at the largest (1st) and 2nd, 3rd cogs, because the drive was noisy, the chain jumped at 1st gear. At 2nd and 3rd gears, it sometimes made a little audible noise, but it didn't jump. During the first serious test, it worked well, smooth under load, and shifted quickly. During the last 10 km, I got caught in a huge downpour, it was pouring rain. I didn't experience any problems during that either. I trust that it will stay that way, and then I will continue to be completely satisfied. I would like to make the following suggestions for software development. It would be nice if, like Shimano and Sram, when shifting to the penultimate gear, the bike computer (for example Garmin) would beep to indicate that the next gear is the last. You could also choose how many gears the derailleur shifts. One gear, two gears, 3 gears, or the full range. This would be very useful.
Easy install and set up. First ride and it worked very well out on the trails. The shifting was great and the clutch was solid. I did not hear the derailleur slopping around on the tech sections. Definitely a strong competition to Sram’s AXS line. I highly recommend this to anyone thinking of trying out a wireless set up. Best bang for your buck really.
Once installed the derailleur works flawlessly. The installation instructions were a bit confusing but I managed to figure it out.
Love it. The only one on the market that can be set to all sprocket set up’s.
